Travel Letters

Please complete the travel letter form and email it to Reception@strain.ca ahead of your appointment or bring it with you. Completing the form in advance will reduce the cost of the service

A Travel Letter is an essential document when traveling with children, especially if you're crossing borders without both parents or guardians present. It confirms that the child has permission to travel and helps avoid any issues at customs or immigration.

 

At Strain and Company, we make getting a travel letter quick and painless. Simply complete our easy form and email it or bring it to your appointment. Travel letters can also be done during our Walk-In Notary times—no appointment needed!

 

With our efficient process, you'll be ready for stress-free border crossings. Plus, it's more affordable if you have the form pre-filled, saving you time and money.

Pricing for Travel Letters:

  • $75 – If the form is completed and submitted ahead of time (either via email or brought to the appointment).

  • $150 – If the form requires editing or is not completed prior to the appointment.
